Playlist Submission is a software platform owned and operated by Atlas Music Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Atlas Music Technologies LLC develops software and online tools for artists, labels and music professionals. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Playlist Submission provides a platform for artists to submit music to curators for review and potential playlist placement. Curators review submissions and may choose to feature submitted tracks on their playlists. Atlas Music Technologies LLC does not guarantee placement, reviews, or specific results from any submission.
Artists purchase credits to submit music to curators. Credits are non-refundable once a submission has been sent. If a curator does not respond within 7 days, the credits for that submission are refunded to your account. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including song details and ownership rights. You must have the legal right to submit the music you upload. You may not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
Curators must provide honest reviews and may not accept payment outside the platform. Curators agree to review submissions within 7 days or the credits will be returned to the artist.
You retain all rights to your music. By submitting, you grant the platform and curators a limited license to listen to and review your work. Atlas Music Technologies LLC retains all rights to the platform software and branding.
Atlas Music Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
Atlas Music Technologies LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
