Playlist Submission is a software platform owned and operated by Atlas Music Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Atlas Music Technologies LLC develops software and online tools for artists, labels and music professionals.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, song details, and payment information. We also collect data about your use of the platform, such as campaign activity and curator interactions.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, facilitate submissions between artists and curators, communicate with you, and ensure platform security.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Atlas Music Technologies LLC does not store your full credit card details. Transaction metadata is retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
We share information with curators when you submit a campaign, with payment processors (Stripe) for transactions, and with service providers who help us operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
